Every DogCrateTopper product is handmade to order in Virginia, USA.

• Unfinished wood toppers and bamboo toppers: Typically ship within 1 week of ordering.

• Finished wood toppers: Typically ship within 1–2 weeks of ordering.

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, finish selection, and custom sizing. We'll do our best to complete your order within these timeframes.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is included with every order. The cost of shipping is included in the price of our products, so you won't pay an additional shipping charge at checkout.

Delivery Times

Orders ship after production is complete. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and service used. Carrier delivery estimates begin once your order ships and are not guaranteed.
