Please verify your crate's dimensions and the base dimensions before ordering to ensure a proper fit. Always make sure the crate is stable and secure before moving it, and engage the wheel brakes when parked if your model includes locking casters.

HOW TO ORDER:

1) Measure your crate bottom to the nearest 1/16" by following the directions in the listing photos.

2) Confirm that there is at least 1/2" between the bottom of the door and the bottom of the crate.

3) Select the base size from the drop-down box based on your actual crate measurements.

4) If your crate is not a standard size, select the next size up, and provide your measurements in the personalization section beneath the drop-down boxes.

5) We will add some extra space to your measurements for clearance and fitment between the sides.

6) Choose your finish type from the drop-down box.

7) For finished bases, choose your color from the color chart in the listing images.

8) Send us a message to see real-world photos for any of the colors.

9) Both stained and painted bases come with two coats of protective clear coat.

10) Unfinished bases ship within 1-week, and finished bases ship in 1-2 weeks.
